In the first week of March, a series of Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions took place at the EU Food Safety Project premises, bringing together 40 beneficiaries working on the food of non-animal origin and composite food.
The training focused on strengthening participants’ skills in structuring effective trainings, mastering presenter behaviour, and delivering impactful presentations. Through interactive exercises and engaging discussions, participants explored practical tools to design and deliver clear, confident, and well-structured trainings.
Now equipped with new skills and fresh ideas, the trained beneficiaries are ready to share their knowledge with colleagues, helping good practices in food chain safety reach an even wider audience.
