The EU Food Safety Project continues its on-site advisory activities across the olive oil sector, reinforcing practical implementation of food safety and quality issues.
As part of its ongoing technical support, EU FSP expert recently carried out a new visit to an olive oil establishment in the TCc. These visits aim to strengthen the consistent application of hygiene, traceability and quality issues, while promoting clearer procedures and coordinated practices across the sector.
Building on previously delivered specialised trainings, the on-site activities provide hands-on guidance tailored to the operational realities of the establishment. This approach supports the effective translation of technical knowledge into daily practice and contributes to greater alignment in compliance processes.
This latest visit is one of several activities currently underway, reflecting the project’s continued commitment to enhancing food safety and supporting olive oil establishments in maintaining good practices.
