Following the piloting of food safety checks in Food Business Operators (FBOs) across Agios Epiktitos/Çatalköy–Agios Amvrosios/Esentepe, the EU Food Safety Project (EU FSP) proceeded with Kioneli/Gönyeli this August.
EU FSP experts visited hotels, restaurants, and other food business operators (FBOs) to provide on-site support, practical tools, and hands-on guidance aimed at strengthening food safety practices for products of non-animal origin.
The visits focused on collaboration, learning, and practical improvements that benefit both businesses and the wider community.
