The EU Food Safety Project continues its outreach activities with a series of panel discussions taking place in different areas of the Turkish Cypriot community. These panels bring together animal breeders and relevant stakeholders to exchange knowledge and experiences on animal health, farm hygiene, and biosecurity practices.
The discussions focus on raising awareness of disease prevention, early detection, and good farming practices, while highlighting the importance of biosecurity measures for protecting animal health and supporting safe food production. Participants actively engage in the sessions, contributing local perspectives and practical insights.
These ongoing panels form part of the project’s wider efforts to strengthen animal health, support resilient farming practices, and promote public health across the TCc.
