Strengthening Dairy Sampling and Laboratory Analysis for Safer Food Quality

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve food safety and quality in the dairy sector, drivers responsible for milk collection and field veterinarians participated in targeted training to enhance sampling and testing practices.

The training emphasized hands-on procedures for proper milk sampling during collection, best practices for preserving microbiological integrity from farm to lab, and accurate documentation to ensure traceability. Laboratory teams focused on key analyses including Standard Plate Count (SPC) and Somatic Cell Count (SCC), alongside quality control and assurance methods.

This collaborative approach—from farm sampling to lab analysis—ensures reliable results and supports our commitment to safer, higher-quality dairy products.
