The EU FSP team recently visited the premises of a local coffee beanery to follow up on the upgrading of their production facility.
During previous visits, detailed feedback was provided to support improvements in hygiene conditions, food safety standards, and documentation practices. We are pleased to see that the company has taken this guidance — implementing the required changes and significantly improving the overall setup of the factory.
This engagement is part of ongoing efforts to support operators of different sizes and sectors in developing and implementing establishment-specific Good Hygiene Practices and HACCP plans, especially in facilities where such systems were not yet fully in place. Special attention is given to ensuring that food safety requirements are applied in a practical and proportionate manner, adapted to the scale and nature of each business.
Each supported establishment benefits from repeated follow-up visits, ensuring that improvements are sustainable and effectively embedded into daily operations.
We commend the coffee beanery team for their strong commitment to upgrading their facility, improving internal processes, and continuously enhancing food safety and hygiene standards.
Together, we continue building safer, stronger, and more competitive food businesses. 🌱
