More than 60 health professionals have successfully completed specialized training on audit techniques in the agri-food sector. This initiative, supported by the EU Food Safety Project, aims to enhance the capacity in ensuring compliance with food safety and disease crisis preparedness rules.
The training covered key aspects of auditing, including risk assessment and effective monitoring techniques. Equipped with these skills, the participants will play a crucial role in maintaining high food safety standards and protecting public health.
The trainees are now better prepared to uphold food safety and ensure compliance across all sectors of the food chain.
