The EU Food Safety Project continued its technical support and consultations with experts involved in checks of foodstuffs entering the Turkish Cypriot community.
The discussions focused on the practical implementation of the procedures and the risk-based approach to these checks.
This activity forms part of the Project’s ongoing assistance to strengthen food safety and animal health in the Turkish Cypriot community.
The project is funded under the EU Aid Programme for the Turkish Cypriot community.
